Goal Getters Collab Membership Terms and Conditions.
By purchasing a Goal Getters Collab membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW
1.1 What You're Joining
Goal Getters Collab is a membership community designed to help entrepreneurs create more structure, ease, and flow in their business through intentional planning, accountability, and strategic support.
1.2 Access Period
Your membership provides access to our private member portal, monthly planning sessions, and community resources for the duration of your paid membership period.
1.3 Membership Benefits
Your annual membership includes:
4 Quarterly Planning Workbooks (digital)
1 Annual Planning Workbook (printed or digital if paid in full)
4 Quarterly Planning Prep group calls (90 minutes each via Zoom)
12 Monthly Planning Session group calls (90 minutes each via Zoom)
12 Power Hour group calls (60 minutes each via Zoom)
Access to small-group Accountability Pod led by a Collab member
Access to private Slack group for community interaction
Introductory modules accessible through member site
Templates, tools, and resources through member site
Unlimited 15-minute one-on-one strategic calls via Zoom
Quarterly celebrations (available as paid add-on)
2. PAYMENT TERMS & COMMITMENT
2.1 Annual Commitment
By enrolling in Goal Getters Collab, you are committing to a 12-month membership period. You agree to make all payments for the full year, regardless of your level of participation or if you choose to discontinue use of the program.
2.2 Payment Options
You may choose to pay for your annual membership:
In full upon enrollment
In quarterly installments (4 payments due every 3 months from enrollment date)
2.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed immediately upon enrollment. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen payment schedule.
2.4 Quarterly Payment Schedule
If you choose quarterly payments:
First payment is due upon enrollment
Subsequent payments are automatically charged every 3 months from your enrollment date
You remain committed to all 4 quarterly payments regardless of participation
2.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, you will receive email notification to update your payment information. You have a 7-day grace period to resolve payment issues. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your access will be suspended until payment is made.
3. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
3.1 Annual Renewal
After your initial 12-month commitment, your membership will automatically renew for additional 12-month periods using your saved payment method.
3.2 Renewal Notification
You will receive notification at least 30 days prior to your renewal date with renewal rate information.
3.3 Cancellation of Renewal
To prevent automatic renewal, you must cancel at least 30 days before your renewal date by contacting hello@goalgetterscollab.com.
4. NO REFUND POLICY
4.1 No Refunds
No refunds will be provided for any reason after enrollment in Goal Getters Collab. This includes but is not limited to:
Change of mind about participation
Inability to attend live sessions
Technical difficulties accessing content
Personal circumstances that prevent participation
Dissatisfaction with program content
4.2 Payment Commitment
You acknowledge that you are financially able to invest in this program and that making this commitment will not cause economic hardship. You agree to complete all payments for your full 12-month commitment period.
4.3 Chargeback Policy
Chargebacks are not permitted. By enrolling and participating in this program for any length of time, you agree to make payment in full according to your selected payment schedule.
5. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & CONDUCT
5.1 Respectful Communication
All members must communicate respectfully and professionally in all community spaces, including live sessions, member portal, and any private groups.
5.2 Confidentiality
Information shared by other members in sessions or community spaces should be kept confidential and not shared outside the community.
5.3 No Solicitation
Direct marketing, selling, or promotion of your own services to other members is prohibited without express permission.
5.4 Content Contribution
Any content you share in community spaces (comments, questions, etc.) may be used by Goal Getters Collab for community purposes with attribution.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 Our Content
All Goal Getters Collab content (workbooks, session recordings, templates, etc.) is proprietary and protected by copyright. Content is licensed for your personal business use only.
6.2 Prohibited Use
You may not:
Share login credentials with others
Distribute or sell our content
Copy or reproduce materials for others
Use content to create competing programs
6.3 Personal Use License
You receive a non-transferable license to use materials for your personal business development only.
7. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
7.1 Information Collection
We collect information necessary to provide membership services, including contact information, payment details, and engagement data.
7.2 Information Use
Your information is used to:
Provide membership services
Process payments
Send important membership communications
Improve our programs
7.3 Information Protection
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and do not sell your information to third parties.
7.4 Marketing Communications
By joining, you consent to receive membership-related emails. You may opt out of promotional emails while remaining enrolled.
8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
8.1 Access Commitment
We strive to provide consistent access to membership benefits, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
8.2 Session Scheduling
Live session dates and times are subject to change with reasonable notice. Replay access ensures you don't miss content due to scheduling conflicts.
8.3 Technical Requirements
Members are responsible for having appropriate technology and internet connection to access digital content.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 Business Results
Goal Getters Collab provides educational content and community support. We make no guarantees about specific business results or outcomes.
9.2 Limitation of Damages
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your membership shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current membership period.
9.3 Disclaimer
GOAL GETTERS COLLAB IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
10. MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
10.1 Termination by Member
You may discontinue participation in Goal Getters Collab at any time; however, you remain financially responsible for all payments committed to during your 12-month membership period. Access to live calls and community features will cease upon termination, but you may retain access to previously downloaded materials.
10.2 Termination by Goal Getters Collab
We reserve the right to terminate membership for:
Violation of these terms and community guidelines
Disruptive behavior affecting other members
Non-payment of fees beyond the 7-day grace period
Misuse of membership benefits or intellectual property
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination by either party, you remain responsible for completing all financial commitments for your 12-month membership period. Previously downloaded materials may be retained for personal use only.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
11.1 Modification Rights
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email with at least 30 days notice.
11.2 Continued Use
Continued use of membership services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good faith resolution through direct communication.
12.2 Governing Law

12.3 Jurisdiction

13. GENERAL PROVISIONS
